Temple Nexus
An isometric temple island built in Unreal Engine, presented through seven distinct spaces and an atmospheric full-island film.
- My role
- Environment design & Unreal production

My contribution
- Brought my Temple DAO animation and environment design work into an isometric Unreal Engine temple island.
- Developed the architectural presentation around seven spaces, a full-island view and individual environment films.
- Used After Effects compositions to carry the rendered material into the final presentation.
Context
A temple island needs to read as one coherent world while giving each destination its own identity. Architecture, paths and light establish the relationship between the spaces.
What I did
The Unreal Engine environment brings together an atrium, forge, gallery, harbour, library, market and prayer hall. Orthographic framing reveals the island as a whole, while individual films focus on its architecture and lighting. After Effects compositions carry the rendered material into the final presentation.
Result
A complete environment presentation connecting the Unreal project, a full-island render, seven one-minute spatial studies and the Temple Nexus website. The work brings architectural world building into an immersive digital setting.
Inside the island
